Manufacturing Process Overview

Pickling: Hot rolled coils are cleaned using hydrochloric acid and scale breaker machines to remove surface scales and oxides.
Cold Rolling: Coils are cold rolled using a 4Hi Mill to achieve desired thickness with precision shape adjustment.
Batch Annealing: Enhances ductility and tensile strength; performed in hydrogen-based batch annealing furnaces.
Skin Pass: Final surface finishing removes defects and provides a smooth, uniform appearance.
